Engagement Ambassador UT Austin - TX
Job Details
Austin TX - Austin, TX
Part Time
Position Summary

UT Austin Engagement Center

UT Austin Engagement Center, managed by RNL, is searching for top talent to conduct meaningful digital and traditional interactions with prospective students, alumni, parents and friends. Engagement Ambassadors reach out in an effort to recruit students or engage donors to donate, verify their information, and share institutional updates.

Engagement Ambassadors, in most cases, are students who contact prospects using text, video, or phone while conducting themselves as a professional representative of their school. Ambassadors are expected to accurately enter data into our computer system, complete a set number of shifts each week/month, and meet or exceed goals as outlined by the Engagement Center Manager.

To be successful as an Engagement Ambassador, you must demonstrate a strong command of English (both verbal and written), be able to follow a script when reaching out to prospects, and pass new hire and compliance trainings.  We offer flexible scheduling to allow students to work around both their academic and personal schedules.

Engagement Ambassadors can gain experience in Marketing, Networking, Fundraising and Sales Negotiations. If you’re looking for a rewarding part-time position that boosts your resume and communication skills, then this is the place for you.

Apply now to begin experiencing a flexible schedule, competitive pay, incentive opportunities, and a great work atmosphere!
