Johns Hopkins University Engagement Center
The Johns Hopkins University Engagement Center, managed by RNL, is searching for talent to conduct meaningful digital and traditional interactions with alumni, parents and friends as Philanthropy Engagement Representatives.
Philanthropy Engagement Representatives reach out in an effort to engage donors to donate, verify their information, and share institutional updates.
Philanthropy Engagement Representatives must demonstrate a strong command of English (both verbal and written), complete new hire and compliance training, be able to follow a script when reaching out to prospects, and complete a set number of work shifts each week/month.
Philanthropy Engagement Representatives may contact prospects using a variety of RNL platforms - text, video, or phone - while conducting themselves as a professional representative of JHU. Representatives are expected to accurately enter data into a computer system and meet or exceed goals as outlined by the Engagement Center Manager.
Philanthropy Engagement Representatives can gain experience in marketing, networking, fundraising and sales negotiations while working at the Engagement Center. If you’re looking for a rewarding part-time position that boosts your resume and communication skills, then this is the place for you!
