University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) - Remote Engagement Center
The UNLV Engagement Center, managed by RNL, is searching for talent to conduct meaningful digital and traditional interactions with alumni, parents and friends as Engagement Ambassadors.
The Engagement Ambassador opportunity is remote!
Engagement Ambassadors reach out in an effort to engage donors to donate, verify their information, and share institutional updates.
Engagement Ambassadors must demonstrate a strong command of English (both verbal and written), complete new hire and compliance training, be able to follow a script when reaching out to prospects, and complete a set number of work shifts each week/month.
Engagement Ambassadors may contact prospects using a variety of RNL platforms - text, video, or phone - while conducting themselves as a professional representative of our partner school. Ambassadors are expected to accurately enter data into a computer system and meet or exceed goals as outlined by the Engagement Center Manager.
Engagement Ambassadors can gain experience in marketing, networking, fundraising and sales negotiations while working at the Engagement Center. The Engagement Ambassador role affords the opportunity for professional advancement within RNL – both internships and full-time opportunities! If you’re looking for a rewarding part-time position that boosts your resume and communication skills, then this is the place for you!
